The Monte Vista Christian Competition Cheer Team competed in the USA Cheer Nationals 2025, held from February 13-16 in Anaheim, California. This year marked a major milestone for the team as they competed in both the Intermediate Group Stunt Division, for the first time ever, and the Medium Novice Show Cheer Division.

The ability to enter the Intermediate Group Stunt division highlights the incredible progress MVC Cheer has made over the past three years. Being advanced enough to compete as a stunt group is a testament to the team's hard work, determination, and commitment to their craft.

The team also delivered a stellar performance in the Medium Novice Show Cheer division, earning an impressive 6th place trophy. This achievement is particularly significant as it marks the first time in over a decade that the MVC Cheer team has trophied at Nationals. Their placement among some of the top teams in the country reflects the growth and competitive excellence the program has cultivated in recent years.
