Mustang Sports Performance
At Monte Vista Christian, we value every dimension of the student-athlete and our Sports Performance training is one of the most valuable tools with how we motivate, inspire, empower and propel our student-athletes to the next level. We provide a strong foundation for building speed, strength, flexibility and power while teaching them how to apply their training to their specific sport. Â
Our high school student-athletes are utilizing a individualized program for athletes under the direction and supervision of our Sports Performance trainer, Coach Tital. Our mission in the Sports Performance program is serving the MVC student-athlete population to their maximum in athletics, the classroom, and most of all spiritually to fulfill Monte Vista Christian's mission to empower learners to achieve their highest potential through Christ-centered educational excellence.Â

Our training philosophy has two objectives: Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement. The comprehensive performance model is grounded in the demands of bio-motor, bio-dynamics, and bio-energetic of sport. Protocols addressing the principle objectives are created on the basis of each students-athlete's movement capabilities.
