The MVC volleyball teams swept Everett Alvarez in their home opener on Saturday, August 26, with the freshmen and JV teams winning 2-0 and ending with the Varsity team winning 25-7, 25-22 and 25-21. 

With the win, the MVC Varsity team improves to 2-0 on the season. They will host Monterey on Monday, August 28, and Scotts Valley on Wednesday, August 30. The JV and varsity teams will travel to Santa Theresa on Thursday, August 31.
